What do we have here? It has been about three months since I last made any kind of update whatsoever on here! What shall my excuse be for that… lets just blame university and being lazy haha!
I’ve been getting essay after essay to write, and I guess blogging on here was feeling like a chore that I didn’t want to do. Once you end up typing up an essay for a few hours writing a new blog post was just a pain in the ass, I know whenever I’m done writing an essay I want to walk away from the computer and never see a keyboard or the word program again! My excuse for being lazy is pretty self explanatory there. I’ve been on tumblr almost everyday, it’s a lot more fun blogging on there I’d say. I think I’ve had my tumblr account for almost four years now! Crazy, I know!

While I was gone for that little while I have started university, and already getting back into old habits with not going, and I’ve also turned eighteen! Yup, on October 18th I officially became legal and can now drink and all that fun stuff. Although drinking and partying really isn’t my kind of fun. Maybe I’m just weird, but I don’t get what the big deal is, getting drunk and being around drunk people is very… annoying shall I say? I’d rather have a good time and not be sick the next morning. And random guys getting all up in your business is just… no. I’d rather be with someone who doesn’t go clubbing on a regular basis haha. The only thing I’ve done so far that I couldn’t before was buy lottery tickets and I also bought a drink at a restaurant. God, I am such a boring person!

It finally started snowing here a few days ago! I cannot wait for Christmas, I’m quite excited to go Christmas gift shopping. Giving gifts has got to be one of my favourite things to do! The other day my Dad and I had a little debate over this, he’s a religious person, and I’m an atheist. He was harping me about it and how I shouldn’t eve celebrate the holiday, but little did he know that Christmas really has absolutely nothing to do with the birth of Christ and Christianity! It actually started off as a Pagan (a religion to do with witchcraft) holiday to celebrate winter and the change of seasons. Basically it’s a celebration of nature it has nothing to do with religion whatsoever, so anyone of any religion, or lack of, can celebrate! Christmas trees, candles and even “Santa claus” all started off with Paganism. “Christmas” was actually banned in the USA for quite some time too. Since the Christian church couldn’t seem to get rid of the holiday they just decided to take it over and called it “Christmas”
Well, that ends my little rant about that aha, hopefully it didn’t offend anybody, and if you didn’t know this already, you now have a nice to conversation piece! haha c:

I did a lot of shopping recently and I feel the need to show you guys what I all bought! Pictures will be under the cut…
